Not Durable

This mattress was very comfortable for the first 2 years then it started sagging now we can't even sleep on it. Every person I have talked to has had issues with their Serta icomfort. Serta will also make you jump through all kinds of hoops for your warranty. My mattress according to their chart is defective after 1.5 inches of sag I have more than that but they are saying since it's not at least 2 inches they won't cover it. Stay away from Serta they are crooks!

Know what you are getting

After 5 months the depressions on the mattress are a little over 1/2 inch. We are not large people. My husband it 6ft and weight 156, I am 5ft8in and weight 139. Talked to a rep. and said this was normal. The depressions are very noticeable when bed is made up.

Very nice product

iCloud Hybrid Blue Fusion 200 was very comfortable. Took a little getting to the luxurious feel. Temperature control has a very comfortable feel of now being hot or cold throughout the night. First night sleep, I slept for 10-11 hours.

Liked at first

I thought this mattress was great at first but I’ve had it just over a year and am having horrible shoulder and back pain. I’m a side sleeper and am at a loss on how to fix it.

Great Feel

I love this mattress, it is so comfortable. It’s like sleeping in a cushion cloud. I spent a long time trying out different mattresses and this one was so perfect for me.

Great mattress

I recently got this mattress to replace my beauty-rest that I had for just under a year. After the first night I noticed a big difference. I wake up feeling rested and no more aches and pains in my back and neck. I am so glad I bought this Serta.
