Love my new mattress!!!

My mattress, the iComfort 4000, was delivered 3 1/2 weeks ago and I absolutely LOVE it!! It’s everything I hoped it would be! I got the plush, ultimate cooling. I’ve always been a side sleeper and due to hip issues was no longer able to sleep on either side. With my new mattress, I can finally sleep on my side again!! It’s so incredibly comfortable and worth every penny! Thank you, Serta!

Great mattress.

Great mattress. One thing, I’m 6’6” and 220 pounds. They will tell you the mattress won’t dent “unless you’re just enormous”. Sooo. You have to flip it. I’m enormous apparently. After a few months the a dent that does go away but it does have to be flipped like a normal mattress. But it’s an awesome mattress. We have garden variety aches and pains. Knee pain from old sports injuries. Nothing degenerative. FYI

This has got to be the worst mattress I've ever bought

Both my wife and my back hurts almost every morning. Hips and shoulders hurt, mattress gets hot and stays hot. It was not a cheap mattress. Looking forward to a new mattress and I can guarantee you it will not be a Serta imattress.

Sleeping in the ruts!

Purchased this mattress in May 2016. My wife and I are both average size (less than 180 lb) side sleepers. We found this mattress to be very comfortable initially, but within 6 - 8 months after owning it, I noticed a permanent "rut" was forming on my side of the bed. We have rotated the mattress many times in the years since, with the ruts getting deeper and more pronounced. If I lay in the center of the mattress, it is still as firm and flat as when new, but that isn't an option with two people. It is not unbearably uncomfortable, but we have finally purchased an organic latex/hybrid replacement. Given the very short period that this mattress held up, I would not recommend it.

Excellent. This is the 2nd mattress of this brand and style that we have owned.

We love the firmness of this mattress. You can not notice when the other person turns over or gets out of bed.
