Happy with my new bed
I replaced a 20 year old Serta coil spring mattress with this one and slept great on the first night. There was a mild odor from the foam material for a few days, but no problems now. I also got the box spring/foundation which is a perfect match. Quiet and comfortable.

Great with Adjustable Bed
I really like this mattress! I have an adjustable bed and was apprehensive to see how this mattress would work on my bed, but it works perfectly. The mattress is very comfortable with just the right amount of firmness, I sleep comfortably and not with pain in my back. I would recommend this mattress to everyone.

Glad we bought it
At first we thought the medium firm was way too firm. But after a couple months it breaks in. It’s a very comfortable bed. We both do not sleep as hot as we used to but we don’t notice anything super cooling about it. We definitely like the hybrid better, our last bed was all memory foam and we both slept too hot in it. Both of us do not wake up with backaches anymore. Overall a solid mattress.

After a year.....
After a year and 5 months, my mattress sinks as if someone put the edge of a table there and that permanent mark is still there.

Much firmer than anticipated
We are still in our trial period and haven’t decided if we will request to exchange. This mattress was much firmer than we expected. We’ve slept on it for about two weeks. Hubby is insisting we add back our previous 3 inch mattress topper, however I’m concerned that would negate the cooling upgrade. Trying to give it a month as suggested before we make a decision.

Tossing it in the trash after a year.
Our family has had a lot of success with Serta mattresses in the past, replacing our decade-or-so old Serta with the CF3000. Frankly, I can't wait to toss it out onto the driveway for the garbage pickup. On colder evenings, the foam layer hardens to where sleeping on the floor is a more forgiving experience. On warmer days, it traps just a miserable amount of heat near your body. You sweat. You toss. You turn. You write online reviews trying to warn others of the same.
