Comfortable.

They are not too tight around the waste. They are a sweater material that is warm. In Florida, I wear them in the Air conditioning, and I love them. Like things loose, these run a tad bit large so don't size up. So far, they wash well I have had them several months and washed over 4 times and no pilling.
