I use this after styling my hair most days, and one thing that I love is how good it smells. Also, little goes a long way with this one, because it holds hair in place.

Flexible Hold
I used the IGK Please Hold Flexible Finishing Hairspray on dry, rolled micro locs. My hair was freshly washed and air dried. After rolling my hair, I sprayed my hair with a little water and sat under my bonnet dryer for about 15-20 minutes. Once I was finished under the dryer, I unrolled my hair, styled it, and then sprayed Please Hold. It didn't make my hair feel sticky; my hair still had movement and my curls lasted 2 days. This will be going in my Pageant bag.

Natural hair no
The spray did leave my hair, nice and shiny and it smelled good as well but the hold did not last my hair how I wanted to. I have natural hair in thick, and I live in humid weather as well so you do have to put that into account.

Not versatile🫧
This product on fine hair works lovely. It holds the hair in place for 2+ hours. But as for my foresee, textured, coily hair, it doesn’t even hold it in place for 20 minutes. I wish I could say more! Next I am going to test this product on a blow out of my natural 4C hair and see how long the blowout stretch lasts

Light and flexible
This spray is what it states. It holds (you can’t touch it after you spray) it is flexible and the smell is ok. Not like other people stated. I didn’t mind the smell.

Meh
Not sure what to say. It was good hairspray, it had a strong hold. There are probably already so many just like it but I specifically liked the flexibly this one allowed.

AWFUL!!!
AAAACCKKKKK!!!! Why, just why, do companies insist on fixing what isn't in need of fixing? I have been using 1-800-HOLD-ME for some time now, and it is THE BEST hairspray I have found at my 51 years old. And you can rest assured that I have been through them all!! I asked IGK why they would discontinue this fabulous hairspray and this is what I was told: "on occasion, we have to discontinue products to make room for new launches and ensure that our offerings feature the latest ingredients and technology". Yet Please Hold is not better....in fact it is sooo bad. From the smell to the fact that it doesn't hold your style at all. 1-800-HOLD-ME was high shine, was able to be styled with, the smell was not repugnant (in fact smelled nice), was humidity proof.....soooo I do NOT see what is better about the new spray in their eyes. IGK, please bring back the hairspray that was GOOD!!
