Very bad quality

I waited three months for it to arrive. It is very unstable and shakes like it’s made of paper. The legs are also inwards and not at all balanced. Been waiting for Macy’s address this issue and the last one month and yet nothing happened. Overall this is a bad product to my suggestion is to stay away from it.

Pleased but not as expected.

I've owned a pair of this couch for 3m. The color is a bit off and is not as warm as pictured (taupe is an accurate description as are the pics I've included) but still a nice neutral color. I didn't pay attention to the fabric description and thought it was velvet, but it's actually a chenille (thinner than I'm used to but still very soft and attractive). I wanted a material that my kiddos' stains could be removed from easily and this chenille does the job. The slightly deeper than average depth makes this a really comfy couch to lay/sit on for myself & 6' hubby. The cushion firmness has softened with a 5 yo using it as a trampoline and several parties but is still at a supportive level (not saggy and easy to fluff back up). The 1st pic is how it came initially, 2nd is the current state of our less used couch, 3rd is the our regularly used couch (R cushion is sat on daily for hrs). I got 40% off which seems to be offered somewhat regularly if you wait for it. Totally worth the price.

Had to return. It was defective. I liked the color, but too small for my space. I wouldn't rate it as high quality furniture either.
