Unhappy Customer

It seems like they just picked whatever dress they wanted and mailed it off to me. The dress that was received is nothing similar to the dress that was order. It was my first time sending the item to the recipient just to realize that the wrong dress was sent. Now I have to wait 2-3 business day for them to respond according to the Macy's cs rep.
