Love it

Love it - easy to use and easy to clean - great buy

It scorched and sticked and scraped.

I only used it a few times. But it gets sticky every time I cook. I only used soft sponge when I washed but it’s peeled off and scraped inside of the wok already.

Worst product I've ever purchased in my life

Read all the negative reviews, I believe that this is not a good quality wok. I told myself that I don't use the wok to stir fry, only for steaming since the wok is big. So I think it may last longer. But the wok becomes rusty after four times use, only for boiling water to steam some vegetable and rice. Terrible product, Where is Macys quality control?

Not a good wok

After 6 months of use bottom pan started peeling. I would like to return it and get my money back but I guess it’s too late. I wish the warranty is for 1 year. Not worth buying.

Poor quality wok.

Used once, the coating fell off. Threw it away. Very disappointed!

Not as described at all!!

I got this wok from website because I saw the introduction said this is cast iron wok, can do the high heat, no worry about scratch! But when I received it on the label this is a nonstick coating wok! It's totally different things!! I called Macy's they don't know anything! They just let me to the store find out the solution. I didn't want to bother so I thought whatever just use it as regular nonstick pan but after tow times use this wok surprised me again!!! The coating is fell off so many spots! I just used sponge to wash and wood tools when I cooked. I'm so disappointed about the quality!!!

Great Pan!

I purchased numerous wok pans and this one is the best i had! Great for the price
