Super cute ruffle!

I love these pants so much I bought them in the red and blue. I get so many compliments when I wear them. I would say they run true to size but I do you have fairly big hips and butt. So my normal size fit me. They are a full length pants on me since I am only 51 but it’s perfect and looks super cute with heels or flats. Highly recommend.
