cute style but material disappointing

loved the shape..size and..style......the short handle came a little distorted...could not get it to smooth out or to stay untwisted..material is synthetic leather look....returned because i already purse of similar style..prob would of kept if not cause it was nice size and cute..or exchanged for a better handle
