Very, Very Fitted

I purchased an INC petite printed mesh dress with slip in a size PS last year, and it was not too tight, but was clearly designed to be fitted. This INC petite printed mesh dress is also fitted, but even though I lost weight since buying my last INC dress last year, it fit me like a sausage casing. In fact, the dress was so fitted that the black slip beneath it twisted around my body because there was no room for it. Not a good look. INC should have used the same dress pattern from last year. Returned.
