Nice crossover bag but sometimes zipper gets stuck

I bought this crossover handbag in black. It’s a nice shade of black. It is lightweight and holds everything I need. I’m happy with my purchase but the zipper on top is sometimes hard to open. The secret to it opening well is just not closing it to the very end. Just leave a little space.
