INC Off Shoulder Dress

RETURNED THIS ITEM. Did not like quality of fabric and elastic at shoulders and waist is absolutely too tight.

Gorgeous!

It's gorgeous! and the black sheen makes it look elegant. Using the right accessories and black shoes with rhinestones. Simply gorgeous. I also bought the cranberry colored one and returned it. The color looked dull. And didn't like how it looked on my skin tone, olive skin.
