IT'S OK

It's so overpriced for what it is. You're just paying for the name. I've never tried Chanel eyeshadow before. I was hoping it would exceed my expectations. It fell way short. Not the color you see. It's more light and sparkly then pink. I do like that they included a brush to put it on. Most companies cheap out and only give you eyeshadow.

Chanel ombré eyeshadow

The color looks dark brown. However, when you apply it, it turns out to be ashy brown or some shade of grey which is not the the color what I wanted. I bought this item expecting it to be chocolate brown.

Not as it appears

Love Chanel products always. The website had the color all wrong. It is actually a very light ivory shade, not the light brown color depicted. I kept it and am using as a highlighter on my lids.

Nice texture but limited colors

Chanel introduced this product to replace their single shadows. The texture is awesome. It goes on smooth and stays on all day. It’s easy to blend. The circle shape works well with brushes. However, the colors can be very bold for some. If you want to use the bolder colors, I recommend using a little bit of the product. The pigments are rich so start out light and build up.
