What a pleasant surprise!

Very comfortable pillow. Material has a very smooth feel to it and is cool when skin contacts surface of pillow. I love this pillow and my sleep has improved. I only wish it had zipper to remove it for laundering.

Uncomfortable

Bought this with high hopes created by false reviews, or maybe folks like lying on a flat piece of rock?!! To me and my noggin, this pillow is flat as a pancake, heavy like a bag of rocks and zero fluff ability. I’m a side sleeper and gave this pillow a week to break in and it just got worse not better.

Buy any where but this store

I would recommend the pillows. I would not recommend buying from Macy’s if you ever try to contact customer service good luck. Can’t speak to anyone in the USA . Buy from JCPENNY great customer service service
