Uncomfortable

Bought this with high hopes created by false reviews, or maybe folks like lying on a flat piece of rock?!! To me and my noggin, this pillow is flat as a pancake, heavy like a bag of rocks and zero fluff ability. I’m a side sleeper and gave this pillow a week to break in and it just got worse not better.

Buy any where but this store

I would recommend the pillows. I would not recommend buying from Macy’s if you ever try to contact customer service good luck. Can’t speak to anyone in the USA . Buy from JCPENNY great customer service service

Best pillow around

Love this pillow found it over 15 years ago. Its the only pillow we will both use now. We only replace them every few years, they last a while. I have had many back and neck procedures from years in the military, and these pillows work better than the fancy memory foam ones.
