Disappointed

I bought four of this chairs for my living room and very disappointed. Craftsmanship is poor and materials look cheap, I expected better for the price .The holes does not line up to put the screws, the fillings in couple of the chairs are not as good as the others and the little brown cap that's supposed to cover the screws are always falling to the floor because they said don't glue. One of the chair came without all the screws needed, but Macy's customer service was very good and handle the exchange well.
