Piece of junk

Quit working properly in less than a year Something is wrong with it to where it will burn almost anything you pressure cook with plenty of liquid in it Ran the test they told me said it wasn’t working properly Was just told to buy a new one

Great device, no manufacturer support

Love this cooker, but it DOES require some different methodologies. Yet there doesn’t seem to be any documentation or even recipes. Some functions run differently than other Instant Pots - yogurt, for example. Great cooker, as I mentioned, but the manufacturer could do a MUCH better job of supporting it. They just aren’t there.

Love this product!

I’m so impressed with the stainless steel in our liner. It’s actually a real stainless steel pan. Soak it for a few minutes it cleans so easily. I made rice and chicken came out perfectly. I rate this as a 10 out of 10!

YOUGURT FEATURE CANNOT BE CUSTOMIZED

We recently purchased the Instant Pot Rio wide for yogurt making, we were told by the floor salesperson we could customize temperature and hours, when we brought it home, the yogurt feature is set to 30 mins of warming then up to 12 hours max, I was looking for 36 hours. we ended up using the sous vide feature, which is customizable, we needed 36 hours to ferment L Reuteri probiotic at 100F degrees, that's how we were able to do our yogurt done, came out fantastic.

DISAPPOINTED

I was so excited for this new instant pot. what you guys send it to me, completely different product not what I exactly ordered. I just opened and right away returned it,In future I hope you guys not sent the used and different product. VERY DISAPPOINTED
