Melted

This is a beautiful comforter but melted the first time I washed and dried it. Not happy at all.

We are sorry to hear of any issues you had with this item. The issue you describe can happen if the item has no free movement and it ends up staying in the same spot through each cycle (wash and dry), causing it to burn and/or melt. In addition, with no free movement, it will be overexposed to heat, regardless of your setting. When laundering this item, we do recommend always washing it alone in a large capacity washer/dryer to ensure plenty of free movement.
