So Disappointing!

This is lumpy and not at all the luxurious and soft, comfortable effect I was going for! I'm so disappointed. I washed it before I put it on the bed and removed the tag so now I'm stuck with paying for it.

This mattress pad is designed with a 100% microfiber shell, polyester down-alternative filling, 3D puff stitching, and an overfilled construction meant to create a cloud-like, extra-lofty feel, while being fully machine-washable and OEKO-TEX certified for safety and comfort. To help restore its plush loft and even distribution of fill, we recommend washing it gently in cold or warm water, tumble-drying on low, pausing the cycle every 30 minutes to fluff and redistribute the filling, and adding dryer balls for extra movement to prevent clumping. We completely understand how disappointing it is when a bedding piece doesn’t live up to expectations, and we will share your feedback with our design and production teams to help improve quality and fluff retention in future versions.
