Returning this Pillow

Haven’t used a pillow in years. Was so excited to get this. Like laying my head down on a bale of hay. Your head does not sink into the pillow, just lays uncomfortably on top. Couldn’t even use it, returning.

Too firm

I really liked that both ends were pretty low, but it was so firm! If you made one like this that was a medium softness, I would buy it.
