Items were not shipped to my home address

I did not receive these items, apparently they were shipped to a UPS store and I was supposed to get them there. Unfortunately I do all my shopping on line because I am disabled and this allows me to have my purchases delivered to my door, not a store were I have to retrieve them. I will no longer shop with Macys in the future because of their shipping policy.

not memory foam

Just got it and immediately put it back in the box and set up a return. This is NOT memory foam. It is just a foam pillow shaped rectangle. Waste of time. I do not understand the reviews.

Can’t be washed, but still a great pillow.

This arrived in a huge box, with instructions that it can’t be washed. Not a dealbreaker at all. It’s very comfortable, and got it on sale so it’s a win-win.
