Hard Working

If you have pets and you don't have time to clean often Roomba is the one for you!!!

Best Customer Service Ever

I bought the Roomba 877, and it was having trouble docking. Roomba is replacing it and all of the customer service people are extremely friendly. I wish every company had customer service like that. They really took care of me.

had unit 3months it works every day it keeps our house clean it does our kitchen ,living room, our hall, master bedroom ,bathroom then it goes back to recharge only wish macys sold the 960 or 980 series because of the newer technology this is a must to have we love it only got 4 stars because it doesn't have the app for the phone.

Best purchase of my life!

We named ours The Legend. he is wonderful, gets under the dining table, sofa, around the china buffet, and cleans better thn me! he also picks up all the pet hair..... hubs bought it for my birthday gift. instead of spending 40 min a day to vacuum, I dust, & tidy up after my toddler, which equals to a perfect clean house!

Love this product!

I had never considered buying a vacuum cleaning robot until I saw one in action at a friend's house. I was very impressed; came home and ordered one. My husband and I absolutely love this vacuum. We have named her 'Rita' and she does a fabulous job cleaning for us. Wish we had purchased one much sooner! We highly recommend this product.

Obsessed!

This might be my best purchase ever. I have a dog that sheds like crazy and the Roomba gets all of it! It's amazing, I can't even think of a negative.
