Elastic Band on waist to tight.

The elastic band at the top was too thick and tight, choking my stomach. If this had not been worn and tags removed, I would have returned.

I like the length of this swim skirt however this item runs small. I am wearing a size 14 and ordered a 16 and it was too tight. I also feel that it does up way too high in the waist to feel comfortable
