Never received

My order was sent to the store. Due to inclement weather, I was delayed in picking it up. I could not get through to the pickup store even though I tried various methods of communication. The customer service representatives could not even get me through or the message that I wanted my order to stay at the store awhile longer so I could pick it up. This is a very unorganized company. I did not even receive my items, and yet they ask me to review.
