Could not advance gel to sharpen!

Extremely disappointed in not being able to advance the gel stick. Used it for approximately a week! Money thrown away by purchasing “IT”. No wonder it’s no longer being sold. 32.00 at Ulta!

We appreciate you reaching out! We apologize for any confusion however with our new Superhero No-Tug Sharpenable Gel Eyeliner, IT does require a sharpener to advance the pencil despite the plastic-coated appearance of the eyeliner. We do realize the bottom of the pencil still does twist however please know this will not advance the pencil to the top. For best results, turn the pencil gently 3 or 4 times, being careful not to apply excess pressure. After sharpening, remove all shavings from the blade edge. For the most precise definition, we suggest using our Superhero Sidekick to sharpen your eyeliner! XOXO

PLEASE!!!! PLEASE!!! PLEASE!! Bring this product back! I refuse to use your new superhero eyeliner, it is terrible compared to this.

No-tug

I do not like that you have to sharpen this eyeliner. You waste alot of the product itself because you have to keep sharpening it and the hard parts of the stick pokes your eye when applying.
