Not real gold

I bought this necklace to wear as an everyday piece. It is hollow so it isnt strong at all. It broke once and i got it fixed. It broke again and I tried to give it to the jeweler toward a new solid curb link and he informed me that the necklace is not 14k Italian gold as stated in the description. He used a magnet to test the authenticity of the gold and the magnet picked up the necklace meaning its not real gold. Very disappointing. I paid alot of money for junk.

Product as Described, Shipping Bad

Honestly the necklace is fine, but it was an expensive jewelry purchase. It arrived rattling around in an uninsured, damaged cardboard shipping box in a tiny plastic baggie. No jewelry box at all, not even just a tiny Macy's box. This is a gift, so now I have to go find a way to wrap and give it that doesn't look cheap and won't allow the tiny jewelry to be lost in a gift bag.

Poor quality. Broke after just a couple months of wearing it. Never wore it in rough conditions. Broke on my neck.

it’s not solid gold

I bought this necklace thinking it was solid gold because the sales associates assured me it was, Her appearance is beautiful and shines too much. However, days after wearing it, the necklace broke. Upon examining the chain piece, I discovered it is hollow. I am very disappointed and would like a refund.
