Honestly the necklace is fine, but it was an expensive jewelry purchase. It arrived rattling around in an uninsured, damaged cardboard shipping box in a tiny plastic baggie. No jewelry box at all, not even just a tiny Macy's box. This is a gift, so now I have to go find a way to wrap and give it that doesn't look cheap and won't allow the tiny jewelry to be lost in a gift bag.

Poor quality. Broke after just a couple months of wearing it. Never wore it in rough conditions. Broke on my neck.

Broke on my neck and not even in two months in since I bought it an they wouldn't fix it or refund me please it's a waste of money

I bought this necklace thinking it was solid gold because the sales associates assured me it was, Her appearance is beautiful and shines too much. However, days after wearing it, the necklace broke. Upon examining the chain piece, I discovered it is hollow. I am very disappointed and would like a refund.

Hard to write a review for an item I never received and am still being charged for. Word to the wise make it a store pickup. I received a box with no items in it. The box was never tampered with at the delivery point. I called customer service immediately upon receipt to no avail. Obviously closing my Macy’s/AMEX card. I don’t want to do business with a company that doesn’t stand by their customers. They even admitted it wasn’t the first time this has happened to other customers. Better off going to a Jewelry store. Not worth the headache!
