love my watch and would highly recommend it. The silicone band is very comfortable but the inexpensive mesh band , purchased recently, is even more-so! This watch has everything I need on a daily basis from alerts when my phone rings and receiving messages with vibration.

Been using for years
I had no idea my husband had been using this for years when I asked him if I could borrow it one day so that I could track how much ground I’m covering on my daily walk. Turns out that he’s been using this same smartwatch for years without issue. I initially gave it to him to use because he has A-fib and we want to monitor that as best we can. This watch captures data that he uses to report back between cardiologist visits. I had completely forgotten that he’s been using this all this time, and it also worked like a charm to track my daily 3.1 mile walk too. Something that still works after years of use gets high marks in my book.

Nice watch
Upon opening the package I noticed the nice size of this Smartwatch and I love the rose colored watch band. I really like the fitness tracker and how easily it paired with my phone. I like this product and would recommend.

Poor
I dont think it takes steps or heart accurately . I was spinning and I know my heart rate was above 90. I like that it came with a chainlink band, cause the rubber bands hive me a rash

Disappointed customer
I've had my iTouch Air 3 for a month. It doesn't track steps accurately. Once in a while, I completely lose steps and restarts itself. Sometimes, it sets time back to when I first bought it. I am disappointed that I spend the money on buying something that won't work properly.

I would like to commend iTouch Wearables in regards to my great customer service rep. by the name of James. Recently I was contacted that the watch needed a new software update and James helped me patiently solve all, ALL, issues with the connection. In 15 minutes, with his help, I got it up and running.
