Brand new and ripping at seam

Brand new and seam is separating and when I try to exchange, product is unavailable. Great new white pillows and nothing to match. This is brand new.

King coverlet

I like the coverlet but it is a bit short at the end of the bed. Could use a least another 6 inches. I love the color and the look of it on the bed
