Empty it does seem to have a lot of it

It’s not even filled it feels like it’s almost empty i have only had it for 2 weeks

Hi John, Thanks for reaching out! Our lip balms are not a “visual fill." The size stated on the package is based on the net weight of the product put inside the tube. During production, we leave ample room between the where the product settles and where the tube is crimped so we get a strong crimp that doesn’t pop when squeezed. If the product is overfilled and too close to the crimp area, the crimp won’t hold. Please know that every tube is weighed as it comes off the line to ensure that it is within spec. Best lip balm ever!!

Nothing...I repeat, nothing, soothes my lips like this balm. Been using about 10 yrs, and I keep it all over my home. A big step up from drugstore brands. A must for traveling .
