Terrible Quality and poor customer service/polcie

Wore shoes 2-3 and the strap/sling back portion is coming apart on one shoe. Holding together on both ends by strings. Called Macys Customer Service and nothing could be done about this poorly made product. I was over the return/replacement by 6days. They will not stand behind their products. Was very disappointed by customer service and return/replacement policy. I cancelled by Macys Credit card after this experience. Was a card holder for approximately 19 years. Products and policies are not the same quality as they used to be

Not Recommended

I was only able to wear these shoes out three times before the strap snapped while I was walking into dinner.

Runs small

These shoes are very cute and stylish. Just what I was looking for to wear with shorter jeans. Would be great to see more options of this style shoe (slingbacks with low heel / mules with strap around heel). However, these ran a little small, so unfortunately, I had to return them. The strap around the heel felt very tight.

too small and narrow

i have narrow feet and don't have problems with shoes being too tight. It was like putting my foot into a vice. they are beautiful shoes and well made, but who can wear these?
