Unfortunate Return Process

The lamps were exactly what we wanted. But, only one of them worked. It seemed like the return process would be super easy, but here I am more than a month later and no indication I will be getting my replacement lamp. Bummer because we got our order super fast and I was initially very impressed with customer service.
