received only half the couch
I did a custom order color for this couch and waited over 3 months for it to be delivered. On the day of delivery only half the couch was delivered. I called customer service hoping the other half (chaise cushion and base) was just left at the warehouse but turns out the sales person never put in that piece number when making the order. I was then told this couch was discontinued and the missing pieces could no longer be made. After waiting 3 months and being set on this couch (the piece that was delivered was good quality) you could image my frustration when they said there was nothing they could do but offer a refund because that doesn’t solve my couch problem. I ended up reaching out to the manufacturer directly and found out it wasn’t discontinued and the pieces can still be made. Still waiting for an update from Macy’s on how long it will take to make. Also still waiting for Macy’s to make this right for their mistake and this MAJOR inconvenience. Not a happy customer at all.
Lovely color but,
Love the color of this chaise sofa. However I received a call from Macy's asking if I wanted to purchase the warranty. That should of been a red flag, because i never received a call asking to purchase warranty from Macy's. but that day I guess I was a little slow. The color of this sofa is beautiful, however the seat cushions are awful. They sink in and don't fluff back up. I wish I had bought the warranty!
Perfect for what we need
Just got it today, it's a good size, color, and fabric. It's lightweight for it's size and seems sturdy. The cushions are firm, and the pillows are nice and squishy.

Do not recommend
I’m very disappointed with this item, bought 6 months ago and the back pillows became a ball, you will sink into the cushion when you sit down. If I could give this no stars I would Do not recommend
Horrible off gassing
I’ll start with the positives. The sofa is absolutely gorgeous and looks just like the photos. I also find it to be pretty comfortable. However, whenever I sit on it for a period of time, my eyes start to burn. It was delivered on 2/3 and is now 2/6. I have kept a window open (despite it being cold outside) and kept my air purifier next to it to try and get it to air out. This morning I woke up with my throat being irritated. I know it’s the sofa because it only happens when I sit on it for a period of time and goes away after. I’m hopeful that it will continue to air out, but if not will consider returning it as I am concerned for my health.

Love this couch, color is beautiful. It is a firm couch but still very comfy- does have smaller seat, meaning not a very deep couch.
