Wanted to Love it --

I really wanted to love this skort -- the color, length, size are great. But there is excess fabric below the waist , creating a puffiness. It's just not a good fit, so I will be returning it.

the fit was off for me.. for me this ran a little large and poofed out just below the waist. Sadly I had to return this one,
