Loved the chair for many years and then SNAP, the swivel broke and I fell to floor. Would love to fix, but warranty looks like 2 years and there are others saying the same thing happen to them. Uggh!

We purchased a similar chair at the Macys Home Store for our home in Palm Springs and love it so we decided to purchase another for our home in San Diego… This chair is similar but the headrest only goes up and down… Not forward and back which makes it a bit of a pain in the neck … My partner loves it , I can’t wait for it to break so I can buy a more comfortable chair.

Swivel Part wore out in 3 years, the deliver guys rounded off the bolts when they "assembled it" , other then that, would be nice to see a deep oxblood red version with a stronger swivel mechanism

Buyer beware! These chairs are trash!
Both of my chairs BROKE IN HALF at the steel shaft. The manufacturer of this chair is called Jason Furniture and the SKU is 2254340. I bought two of these from Macy's Home Furnishings on sale with no warranty because Macy's knows these are defective, so they are selling them discounted and as-is. BIG mistake buying these as they both snapped and Macy's won't help me. I filed a complaint with the WA State Atty General's office and the consumer product safety commision. It broke and sent me flying backwards into my hardwood floors. Imagine if an old person was sitting in this when it broke. I am not overweight. I am well below any kind of weight limit for these and am an athletic person.
