Help

Please help. I never received my order. You cancelled the first order. Then gave me an order number to do it over the phone. I placed the order and never received it. Not only that, you took two payments that I have not been able to retrieve because I never received an email confirming order when I did it over tge phone. Please help.

Great bag for everyday or going out!

Love this bag. I normally shy away from chain straps because they tend to be heavy, but not this one. Great size too!

Very disappointed with the quality

In the picture it looks great however upon receiving the shipment we are quite disappointed with the how getttp kind of quality this purse has - the chain is too bulky and cheap looking also the leather is not great quality it rather looks like polyurethane.
