Nice looking online but cheap quality when receive I had to return it

Nice looking, but should have gotten a bigger bag.

This is a good looking bag, but I should have gotten a bigger one since it doesn’t fit all that I had in my last one. I miss having an extra compartment in the front for small things that I want to get to quickly from the two narrower depth sections inside. Also, the material is unyielding, which means it keeps its nice shape, but makes it harder to dig around for what’s inside. I wish it came in leather. The straps are uncomfortable after awhile, so I’m looking for a bag with more malleable ones. I’ll keep it for occasions when I want a better looking purse and don’t have to wear it for too long. (I do put some heavy items in it, like a 30 oz bottle of water.
