These ear buds are basically garbage. At least once a day one or the other just won’t connect, which requires me to reset them and start over. They are also super uncomfortable. I’ve only had them a month and am ready to toss them and buy something else.

Great except battery life too short for real world
The sound is clear both ways (microphone and audio). Fit is great and they are easy to use. Battery is horrible. I listened to a 45 minute webinar and made a couple short calls (10 min or less) and one 37 minute call and they were dead. Less than 2 hours of use. Everything else is great. Fix the battery and these would be the best things out there.

Thanks for your feedback. It is possible that the battery of your JBL Quantum TWS is losing its capacity. However, it is also possible that the battery is working correctly but depletes more quickly when the volume is very loud and/or the bass has been boosted. Please try to charge the battery to 100% and then listen to music without any bass boosted, and at a very low volume. If the battery lasts close to the published up-to-playtime, the battery is working fine. However, if you get less than 90% of the published spec, this likely means that the battery is losing its capacity. For further assistance, please contact us.

I have had mine for over a year now my right side stopped working i still get enough battery on the left side overall good sound quality just going to buy a new pair and still look new

Good Sound, Great Battery!
Good sound quality. Great fit. Battery last almost all day. The one negative is that the connection can get messed up and I can't hear anything. Though that is resolved by disconnecting and reconnecting to my phone.

Battery life is less then 10 minutes,no warranty
I have owned this for just over an year,and has used it less then 10 times,the batterylife on these things literally only last 10 minutes,and now my warranty is out,this piece of junk are also dead. Will never buy another JBL rubbish product again !!!

Terrible Quality and Value
After maybe 2 years of infrequent use, left side no longer charges properly (claims 100% charge then starts dropping by 3% every few seconds) and the right side is connected but without sound. Even when working, the maybe 2-3 hours of battery was laughable. Frankly atrocious for the price.

Great Sound, Poor Battery
These headphones punch out great sound, but battery life is mediocre to say the least. You are lucky to get 2 hours.

This isn't the experience we want our customer's to have with our products. It's possible that the battery is losing its capacity. Knowing that the unit has a full charge, but turns off shortly after powering on, means that the battery has lost its capacity. Please contact us and we'll assist with your warranty replacement.
