So comfortable!

I bought these for my daughter who has noise sensitivity and lives in NYC. They are very comfortable and the adaptive noise canceling works so well for her. Great purchase! I'm planning on getting a pair for myself.

Great hardware! Software bugs in Bluetooth

Great hardware on these earbuds, solid hard-hitting bass, good ear fitment and don't fall out easily. battery lasts long time. only got these because the original tune bud 1 are no longer available and fell out of pocket one day. they have one FRUSTRATING ISSUE, it's the Bluetooth profiles/versions, they are the latest... but POOR BACKWARDS COMPATABILITY with many devices such as laptops (tried with 3 brands) and TV (6month old Samsung smart TV) connections are awful. Let's be clear, they PAIR and connect... however the audio drops in and out and speeds up and down/skips and there is clicking sounds.... the only work around is to have ANC feature ON or Ambiant aware ON??? Ambiant sound control off will result in unbearable issues. there seems to be no issues with an android phone connection. these are devices that worked great with the tune bud 1... PLEASE JBL, get onto a firmware update to fix this issue!!! i want to give 5 stars but i can't listen to my TV or laptop.... ..........please note, a full reset doesn't help... there is no interference from other devices (rural location, tuned off Wi-Fi and all other devices and appliances just to be sure. there is no external sounds causing this... audio mixing functions were off on the devices. they are within 4 meters of the earbuds; there are no obstructions between the earbuds and TV/laptops. This is not the fault of these other TV's/laptops (they are also not older than 6months some of them) this is software bug of the earbuds themselves not playing nice with every other device... if the intention was to only be compatible with a cellphone, please clearly advertise this... Also please note, I know someone else with these tune bud 2's and they are experiencing the same issue. get on and fix the software and give a software update through the app so i can give it 5 stars please!!

They fall out. Great sound when in, just don’t move. Useless for gym or running.

Too heavy - falls out or hurts ears

Bought these headphones in a pinch at an airport and quickly regretted my inability to return them. The sound quality is good but the physical earbuds are so big and heavy they don’t stay in my ears. I tried every earbud size in the package and was constantly frustrated. I couldn’t even give them away to friends or family because they also found them too heavy. Additionally the tap touch is nice until you’re someone with long hair that accidentally pauses the song or changes the listening quality every time you tuck your hair behind your ear - a little too touchy.

To do this, angle the ear tip slightly downward to make it easier to insert into your ear canal, gently twist the earbud to fit it securely into the shape of your ear, and continue twisting the earbud into your ear canal. Disconnects randomly a lot Wouldn’t Recommend

Thanks for your feedback. Bluetooth will perform well for up to 30 feet. However, walls, obstacles, and other wireless devices can impede that 30-foot range. If it works well at 10 feet or less, it is likely that there is something interfering with your wireless Bluetooth signal, causing these dropouts. Another possibility is that sometimes a Bluetooth connection can become corrupt. Here are some troubleshooting steps that might help isolate he issue. First, forget/unpair the headphones on your device, then perform manual pairing. Next, try to connect the headphones to a different device to see if it fixes the problem. Lastly, reset may fix the issue, much in the way rebooting a computer or phone fixes many problems. It will wipe all previous settings and pairings, so it will be necessary to pair your unit with your devices again. To do this, take out both earbuds from the case. Tap twice on both earbuds and on the third tap hold for 5 seconds before putting it back in the case. If you need more help, please contact us.

A bit surprised

I bought these a couple of weeks ago after first buying the partybox 320 and the Xtreme 4. Those were both fantastic sounding so I wanted to try the Tune Buds 2. Although the sound is great, it doesn't go nearly as loud as my Samsung Ear Buds which is leaving me a bit frustrated.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. To achieve the best seal and secure fit, you must create a tight seal within your ear canal. To do this, angle the ear tip slightly downward to make it easier to insert into your ear canal, gently twist the earbud to fit it securely into the shape of your ear, and continue twisting the earbud into your ear canal. You may also try using the different sizes of ear tips for our JBL Tune Buds 2. Regarding the volume issue with your earbuds, please connect them to your other devices to see if the same issue occurs. If it does, please follow these reset steps: take both earbuds out. Make sure that they are not connected to any Bluetooth. Press either the left or right earbud three (3) times then hold it on the third tap for 5 seconds. Once done, put back both earbuds inside the charging case for 10 seconds while the lid is closed, and connect them again to your device. Please contact us directly for further assistance.

Amazingly light and powerful ear buds.

I'm surprised at how much features JBL was able to fit into these buds. It is so light, that I forget I'm wearing them sometimes. The noise cancellation is great as usual. What is also impressive is the ambient-aware more, which intelligently boost nearby ambient noise that you may need to be aware of. In urban areas, this is good for car horns that may be warning of danger, while keeping the loud crowd noise out. It also passes through notifications from stove and Alexa. As usual, the sound quality is top notch. I did not encounter any compromise. Battery is life is great and the charging capacity of the case has been a solid feature for getting out of the door quickly with reliable play time.
