JBL Vibe Beam Purchased few weeks ago, Exellent it Sounds the Bass, Vocal, Jazz, Easly Connected Ambient alert & talk true features are helpfull. Even though I purchased Refurbished still like New Highly recommend headphones buds.

I hate this warranty replacement
got these as a replacement warranty. They have so many unnecessary features, like the audio switch with it really freaking annoying. the right side doesnt alway charge. they dont always find each other when they connect. They took the tune235 platform which was incredible and completely trashed it.

Thanks for your feedback. We recommend cleaning the contact pins on both the case and earbuds with a cotton swab dipped in alcohol. Please ensure the pins are completely dry before placing the earbuds back in the case and using them. Waste of money
I bought these less than a month ago. The sound quality is TERRIBLE and trying to adjust the EQ or use any of the preset EQs within the app didn't help improve my experience. I spent several hours trying to fine tune the EQ while listening to podcasts, music, videos. I could only find a barely decent setting. Not worth the money for the trouble. Why not just sell product that has good EQ out of the box? Anyway, it gets one star because they play audio. They just do that poorly.

Thank you for your feedback. To isolate the issue with your JBL Vibe Beam, you must create a tight seal within your ear canal. To do this, angle the ear tip slightly downward to make it easier to insert into your ear canal, gently twist the earbud to fit securely into the shapre of your ear, and continue twisting the earbud into your ear canal. Highly recommends!
Best headphones I’ve came across. Broke my first pair after 2 and a half years. I pop them in at 7AM when i hit the road and I don’t take them off till about 5-6ish when I’m off. Only have to charge them once a day. I highly recommend. 10/10

Decent return
The silicone ear piece suck. They fall out of my ear. I was sent two small and one medium. If I stand up they fall out of my ear. Qualify is fine. Not great. I'm going to return since I can buy cheaper elsewhere. Overall not bad. I would recommend if I could use them as advertised.

Great buds, bad ears
This is a pretty good budget option. There cheaper than most other earbuds while still having great sound quality. The biggest complaint I have with then is that they won't fit in my ear no matter what u try. Foam tips, putting them in differently, I've tried them all. I can't even stand up or go on a jog without constantly needing to readjust them. And with every other earbud I try they fit perfectly.

Left Ear Dead
I have had these for a few months and though sound quality is okay the left earbud is dead and will not charge. Rather dissapointed on the quality but you get what you pay for. Do yourself a favor and spend a little more money on a higher quality pair of buds.
