This is a pretty good budget option. There cheaper than most other earbuds while still having great sound quality. The biggest complaint I have with then is that they won't fit in my ear no matter what u try. Foam tips, putting them in differently, I've tried them all. I can't even stand up or go on a jog without constantly needing to readjust them. And with every other earbud I try they fit perfectly.

Left Ear Dead
I have had these for a few months and though sound quality is okay the left earbud is dead and will not charge. Rather dissapointed on the quality but you get what you pay for. Do yourself a favor and spend a little more money on a higher quality pair of buds.

Awesome headphones
I love the headphones! Only think I'd ask is that get something so if that i lose them i can track them from an app or something!

Thank for your feedback. Our JBL Vibe Beam comes with 3 sizes of sealing eartips. To give you the best audio response, you must create a tight seal within your ear canal. To do this, angle the ear tip slightly downward to make it easier to insert into your ear canal, gently twist the earbud to fit it securely into the shape of your ear, and continue twisting the earbud into your ear canal to achieve the best seal and secure fit.
Too large for people with small ears
The ear buds work great and pairing was easy. I did have to return them because they were too big for my small ears and would fall out. They did have spare tips that were supposed to be in different sizes but we're not.

Major battery loss within a year.
The headphones had resonable battery life close to the advertised 8 hours. 10 Months later after I fully charged the headphones I ended up getting 'battery is low" messages after I used them on two 12 minute sessions. The battery shouldn't be draining when I disconnect the bluetooth and closed the case but it appears either that is happening or the battery life drastically decreaed in less than a year. Im glad I got these for free on a promo so I didn't end up wasting money.
