    The watch was missing a piece

    I preferred the watch as a Christmas present for my boyfriend. When he opened it and tried to put it on we quickly realized there is a piece missing on the latch. I haven’t had any luck with contacting anyone to either replace the watch or refund it. The watch is beautiful but I’m a little upset about him not being able to wear it.
