Great fit, not so great material

I’m 5-1 ft, 130 lbs and this dress fit perfectly in size 6. the stitching is neat and overall the dress is good. the material feels a little rough and is hot. the print is pretty, but the pattern is cut in odd places that something the stems come out looking like you spilled something on the dress from afar
