this was just ok on me, nothing outstanding, plus it ran a little small, there was no stretch in it

Lovely but not stretchy

This is a beautiful dress in the picture. In person, the color navy is very pretty, and the folds on the top are quite elegant. However, there is no stretch to the fabric, which means that any stretching, reaching, or hugging makes it tight. Also, even though I purchased it in a petite and am 5‘2“, the back ruffle goes almost to my ankles, which is not how it is pictured online. Not sure I will keep it.
