Poor Quality Black Dress

I bought this dress to wear to a wedding...may only wear it once...has a poor quality skirt/hem it very long...I am 5'6 1/2" and drags on the floor...very light fabric and came stuffed in a bag too small and skirt is ver wrinkled...I would not recommend it...but I do like the collar. Needs pockets too.True to size.
