Gorgeous but dirty

The shoes were very beautiful and fit perfect, however when I received the package, the left heel had a stain on it and it's pretty difficult to get rid of.

I originally tried these on in-store and fell in love with them! They didn't carry my size so I waited until it was on sale and checked to see if they have my shoe size. I was excited when the sale went up and I was able to order these in my size! I just received them today and somehow disappointed. The shoes arrived packaged in its shoe box and properly wrapped in plastic; however, when I took the plastic off - there were some discoloration and some stains! I'm debating whether I should exchange/return or take them to a shoe cleaner. I'm just disappointed in how the delivery of the shoes were presented :-(
