Cute shoe but painful

I ordered these shoes in a size 10. They are truly gorgeous, even better than the pictures. I had to return these beauties for 1- they are a bit of a struggle to put on, getting past the ankle straps it was just too much work. 2-The shoes themselves are not comfortable. I could barely last 10 mins wearing these. 3- they ran a little big I had too much room in the heel area .
