Jessica Simpson blouse

Loved the blouse. Would be excellent if did not have strings to tie in the front. Not a fan of that but loved the colors, fit, etc.

Look Chic And Stylish,but the bell sleeves fly all over on dining table and while washing hands, they sweep everywhere.
