Very disappointed

I have waited more than two weeks, and I can’t track this order. I reached out to customer service and I was supposed to receive this item on December 29th and still there’s no trace for the package. UPS said they didn’t receive the package yet customer service claims it is at the UPS. Very disappointing and disheartening . I don’t recommend this seller
