Love the shoes but first pair was damaged

Love the shoes but first pair was damaged and of course I ordered thru .com rather than in store. Seems like everytime I order something online at Macy's there's an issue. Pretty frustrating. But the shoe itself is high quality, my first pair had a line of missing stones in the ecenter of one of the shoes. But the replacement shoes are fine. Heel height is perfect for giving a good lift but not too high. Really sparkly and unique shoes. These will be good for dressing up so many outfits-take something basic and add these. They are subtle enough but can be the wow for many outfits.
